Application / letter of incorporation addressed to APPCACAO.
Certified copy of the minutes of the meeting with the board of directors or general assembly in which it was agreed to join APPCACAO.
Copy of the organization’s constitution as well as registration documents with the relevant public entities.
Validity of the legal representative that will sign the act of incorporation
Affidavit indicating the number of associates, with a legalized list of associates
Proof of payment of the registration fee to APPCACAO:
